At Paradigm Hockey, we are dedicated to shaping the next generation of hockey players through expert coaching and a passion for the game. Powered by Train 2.0 and the Downhill Skating System, Paradigm Hockey provides comprehensive hockey training systems to accelerate and optimize development.

This is an intensive, 8-week development block engineered strictly for elite-rep level players (U10–U16). This program is designed for families and athletes who want to bridge the gap between technical movement and real in-game execution.
We do not run isolated, generic skills drills. Our focus is entirely on how high-level movement mechanics function as tactical tools inside competitive environments.
Core Focus Areas:
- Skating Biomechanics & Posture Cues
- Edge Control & Tight-Area Puck Protection
- Zakktics-Style Decision-Making & Deception
- Pressure-Based Constraints & Direct Game-Transfer
Every 90-minute session is recorded for internal coaching review and precise player development analysis.

Dates: Thursdays | June 25 – August 13, 2026
Time: 7:00 AM – 8:30 AM
Investment: $480 + HST (8-Week Block)

We are actively planning to expand the Summer Development Lab into these additional regions for the U7–U14 age groups. The launch of these cohorts is strictly conditional on regional interest. If you want this program brought to your area, please submit an expression of interest by email so we can gauge numbers for ice booking.
Because this program relies on high cognitive engagement, a demanding pace, and strict peer-to-peer pushing, spots are highly limited and entry is strictly application-based.

Paradigm Hockey’s Elite Player Cohorts are selective, season-long programs for serious competitive players. Athletes train weekly from 7–8 AM for 34 sessions, combining individualized skating development, biomechanics, movement efficiency, game-based decision making, video analysis and private development records.
