Zakk Collins
Head Coach
Director of Hockey Operations
As Co-Founder of Paradigm Hockey, Zakk Collins is the architect behind the program’s innovative approach to player growth. With decades of coaching experience spanning from grassroots U7 to elite Junior A, Zakk is the developer of Paradigm's proprietary training methodologies, including Zakktics, ProStacks, and the Paradigm Combine. Zakk believes true development extends far beyond the rink. He focuses on working directly with his athletes, providing hands-on mentorship to oversee and guide their success both on the ice and in life.

Bruce Wayne
Chief Video Analyst
Director of Programming
As a certified Train 2.0 coach and one of the first in the Greater Toronto Area, Bruce brings a unique and detail-oriented approach to Paradigm's hockey programs. His diverse background, including playing hockey in Scarborough, Ontario, decades working with the world's best professional surfers, and training under champion Muay Thai fighters, has honed his ability to apply precise video analysis and guide Paradigm's Foundation to Flow 1 and 2 as Director of Programming.
Currently, Bruce serves as an Assistant Coach for the Burlington U11 AA/A Jr.

Matthew Chiasson
COACH
Director of Business Operations
A certified Hockey Canada coach since 2003, Matthew began his coaching journey in Cole Harbour, Nova Scotia where he grew up playing minor hockey. Matthew has been coaching within the Milton Winterhawks association since 2021.
Matthew holds Hockey Canada Development 1 coaching certification and is also a Train 2.0 certified coach.
Currently, Matthew serves as a coach and team manager with the Milton Winterhawks U9 MD Tier 1 team and has been named head coach of the Milton Winterhawks U10 AA for the 2026-2027 season.
