Program Description

Study Hall is a fast-paced, high-intensity program crafted exclusively for current and past Foundations to Flow (F2F) students looking to master their mechanics. Our focus is on reinforcing the Downhill Skating System (DSS) mechanics introduced in F2F through targeted, high-repetition drills. We then add in Zakktics (advanced tactics featuring DSS mechanics stacks) that push for precision and offer direct applicability to in-game scenarios, preparing you to execute under pressure. All sessions are recorded, and raw footage is provided for your self-study and to compare progress over time.
